Your registration is confirmed when payment is received. Online payments via Razorpay are confirmed instantly. Bank-transfer registrations are reserved at registration and confirmed once we verify your payment — course access begins after confirmation.

You will receive a receipt for every payment, along with a transaction or reference number.

If you cancel more than 7 days before your course begins, you receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the start date, we offer a transfer to a future batch or a credit. Once a course has begun, fees are non-refundable, but we'll always try to find a kind solution — talk to us.

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, you may choose a full refund or a spot in the next batch.

Worksheets, videos, and other course materials are for your personal use. Please don't redistribute or resell them — creating them is how we keep this work sustainable.

Some courses include a Certificate of Completion. This certificate recognizes that you completed the course. It is not a professional qualification, license, or educator certification (such as LCCE).

Our classes are safe, judgement-free spaces. We ask every participant to extend the same respect to fellow parents and their choices that we extend to yours.
