A certified guide for your whole journey
I'm a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator (LCCE) — an internationally recognized certification in evidence-based childbirth education. I became an educator because I believe every parent deserves to walk into birth and parenthood feeling informed, supported, and unafraid to ask questions.
We use simple language, always. No overwhelming jargon, no opening a dictionary to understand your own body. My job is to make the evidence approachable — and then get out of the way of your choices.
What you'll find here is a safe place without judgement: room for growth, honest answers, and education built on connection rather than fear.
