your trust matters

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum information necessary, we protect it carefully, and we never sell it. Here's the plain-language version of how that works.

What we collect

When you register for a class or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and your registration details. If you pay online, payment is processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) — we never see or store your card details.

We deliberately do not collect detailed health or medical information. You never need to share a medical history to register for a class. If you choose to tell us something relevant to your learning (like a due date), we use it only to support your experience.

How we use your information

To register you for classes, send confirmations, receipts, and course materials, respond to your messages, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates about new classes and resources.

We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and courses are helpful, so we can improve what we offer.

Testimonials & photos

We only publish testimonials, photographs, or videos with your explicit recorded permission, and always in the format you choose — first name only, full name, or anonymous. You can withdraw permission at any time and we will remove the content.

Sharing & security

We never sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run our classes (for example, our payment processor and email provider), each bound by their own privacy protections.

Your data is stored securely, access is limited, and we keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving communications. Just email hello@heartfulparenting.org and we'll take care of it.
